SKREJRITEŅU BRAUCIENA NOLIKUMS
1. Mērķis un uzdevumi
- Veicināt skrejriteņbraukšanu kā aktīvu, veselību veicinošu sporta veidu, kas pieejams ikvienam.
- Dažādot krosa sacensību uztveri un izpratni.
- Veicināt skrejriteņu entuziastu dalību no dažādām valstīm, tādējādi sekmējot tūrisma attīstību.
- Popularizēt skrejriteni kā videi un cilvēkiem draudzīgu pārvietošanās līdzekli.
- Veicināt interesantas un veselīgas brīvā laika pavadīšanas iespējas jauniešiem, pieaugušajiem un ģimenēm.

Starta laiki tiek noteikti saskaņā ar sacensību programmu — sekojiet aktuālajai informācijai www.vivusmtb.lv un sacensību norises vietās.

3. Grupas un distance
Skrejriteņu brauciens. Var piedalīties ikviens, kurš dzimis 2013. gadā vai agrāk.
Ar jebkuru skrejriteņa konfigurāciju, kas atbilst tehniskajiem noteikumiem (skatīt 9. punktu).
Distance ~19 km. Starts aiz “Muc Off” pusaudžu brauciena.

5. Dalības maksa skrejriteņu distancē
Aktuālās dalības maksas skatīt www.vivusmtb.lv sadaļā “Reģistrācija”.
Starta numuri tiek piešķirti tikai tiem dalībniekiem, kuri pieteikušies un veikuši apmaksu ne vēlāk kā līdz attiecīgā posma nedēļas otrdienas plkst. 23:59.
Numuru izsniegšana sacensību centrā uz vietas.
Numuru izsniegšana uz vietas atbilstoši dienaskārtībā norādītajai informācijai.
Dalībnieki, kuri neierodas uz sacensībām, samaksāto dalības maksu nesaņem atpakaļ un tā netiek pārnesta uz nākamo posmu. Ja sacensības tiek pārceltas organizatoru neietekmējamu iemeslu dēļ (force majeure, valdības lēmumi u.c.), dalības maksa netiek atmaksāta.
Dalības maksa ietver:
• marķētu un speciāli sagatavotu MTB trasi;
• numura plāksni ar elektronisko čipu;
• ēdināšanas un ūdens punktus trasē;
• lielisku ēdināšanu pēc finiša;
• skrejriteņu mazgāšanu pēc sacensībām;
• neatliekamo medicīnisko palīdzību starta/finiša zonā;
• sacensību rezultātus — publicēti www.vivusmtb.lv;
• foto un video apskatu sacensību mājaslapā.

9. Skrejriteņu tehniskie noteikumi
9.1. Skrejritenis pieskaras zemei tieši divos punktos, riteņu izmērs — 20 collas un lielāks.
9.2. Skrejritenis nav aprīkots ar jebkāda veida piedziņas mehānismu.
9.3. Skrejritenim jābūt bremzēm uz abiem riteņiem.
9.4. Sportisti startē ar atspērieniem, nevis skrējienu — vienai kājai jāatrodas uz skrejriteņa.
10. Dalībnieku tiesības un atbildība
Dalībniekiem jāiepazīstas ar nolikumu. Nezināšana neatbrīvo no atbildības. Apstiprinot dalību (samaksājot dalības maksu), dalībnieks pilnībā piekrīt nolikumam.
Dalībnieks apliecina, ka ir atbildīgs par savu veselību un fizisko sagatavotību, ievēros ceļu satiksmes noteikumus un sacensību nolikumu. Organizatori neuzņemas atbildību par traumām.
Ķiveres obligātas visā distancē. Visiem dalībniekiem vēlams būt apdrošinātiem pret nelaimes gadījumiem.
Protestu var iesniegt 15 minūšu laikā pēc finiša, rakstiski, samaksājot 30 EUR. Ja protests tiek apstiprināts, maksa tiek atgriezta.
Dalībnieki ir civiltiesiski un juridiski atbildīgi par negadījumiem un materiālajiem zaudējumiem, kas radušies viņu dalības dēļ.
Dalībnieki atsakās no jebkādām pretenzijām pret organizatoriem par negadījumiem vai materiāliem zaudējumiem.
Par atkritumu atstāšanu trasē var tikt piemērots sods, tāpat par nesportisku uzvedību.
11. Organizatoru un amatpersonu tiesības un pienākumi
Tiesnešu kolēģija kopā ar organizatoriem var lemt par jautājumiem, kas nav minēti nolikumā.
Organizators neuzņemas atbildību par nolikuma nezināšanu vai neievērošanu.
Organizators neuzņemas atbildību par sadursmēm, kritieniem vai negadījumiem pirms, sacensību laikā vai pēc tiem.
Sacensību laikā uzņemtās fotogrāfijas var tikt izmantotas reklāmas nolūkos. Dalībnieki nedrīkst izmantot fotogrāfijas publicitātei bez personu piekrišanas.
12. MTB maratona dalībniekiem lūgums
- Nepiesārņot dabu un saudzēt apkārtējo vidi.
- Sacensības notiek ar daļēji ierobežotu satiksmi.
- Dalībniekiem jābrauc pa labo pusi un jāievēro ceļu satiksmes noteikumi.
- Jāņem vērā, ka no mājām, laukiem, mežiem var izbraukt transportlīdzekļi.
- Īpaša uzmanība jāievēro, šķērsojot ceļus.
- Organizatori iesaka lietot ķiveres arī iesildoties un pārvietojoties sacensību vietā.
13. Privātuma politika
Privātuma politika pieejama www.vivusmtb.lv.
Datu pārzinis — biedrība “Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs”.
Reģistrējoties dalībnieks piekrīt savu datu apstrādei sacensību organizēšanas nolūkos.
Publiskajos sarakstos tiek norādīts: vārds, uzvārds, dzimšanas gads, grupa, numurs, komanda, velosipēda marka. Ja dalībnieks nevēlas būt redzams, jāinformē organizatori — tad dalībnieks tiek norādīts kā “Anonīms” un zaudē tiesības uz balvām.
Dalībnieks var jebkurā laikā pieprasīt datu dzēšanu vai labošanu.
Dalībnieks piekrīt foto un video izmantošanai organizatoru vajadzībām.
Norādot e-pastu, dalībnieks piekrīt saņemt sacensību jaunumus. Var atteikties jebkurā laikā.
Dalībnieka vārds tiks norādīts uz numura, lai nodrošinātu redzamību un noteikumu ievērošanu.

FOOTBIKE RIDE REGULATIONS
1. Aim and objectives
- To promote footbiking as an active recreational and health-promoting sport accessible to all.
- To diversify the perception and understanding of cross country competitions.
- Encourage footbike enthusiasts from different countries to come to the event, thus contributing to the development of tourism.
- Promote the footbike as an environmentally and people-friendly means of transport.
- Promote interesting and healthy leisure activities for young people, adults and families.

Start times are determined according to the agenda, please follow the current information at www.vivusmtb.lv and at the event venues.

3. Groups and distance
Footbike ride Anyone born in 2013 and older can take part.
With any footbike configuration according technical rules (See clause 9. of the regulations).
Distance ~19km. Start behind “Muc off” teenage race.

5. Entry Fee for footbike distance.

Pre-entry is accepted until 11.59 PM on the Tuesday of the respective stage.
Issue of numbers on site at the race centre.
Issuance of numbers on site in accordance with the information provided in the agenda.
Entrants who do not show up for the event will not receive a refund of the entry fee paid and will not be transferred to the next event. In case of
postponement for reasons beyond the control of the organisers (force majore, government decisions or other reasons beyond the control of the organisers), the entry fee will not be refunded.
The membership fee includes:
-marked and specially prepared MTB track;
- a number plate with an electronic chip;
- food and water points on the track;
- excellent post-finish catering
- post-race footbike wash;
- emergency medical services - emergency medical team on duty at the start/finish area;
- race results - results of all participants will be posted on the website www.vivusmtb.lv;
- photo and video review on the race website www.vivusmtb.lv

7. Participants, awards
7.1. Individually:
The first three male finishers in the footbike distance classification will be awarded with medals and supporters' prizes.
The first three women who finish in the footbike distance evaluation will be awarded with medals and supporters' prizes.
8. Judging.
Judging will be in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the Latvian Footbike Federation www.footbikesport.lv

9. Technical regulations of footbikes:
9.1. The footbike touches the ground at exactly two points and the wheel size: 20 inches and larger
9.2. The footbike is not equipped with any kind of drive mechanism
9.3. The footbike must be equipped with brakes on both wheels.
9.4. Athletes start with kicks (push-ups) instead of running, i.e. one foot must be on the scooter.
10. Competitors rights and responsibility.
All competitors need to get familiar with the competition regulation. Failure to do so does not absolve participants from personal responsibility. By confirming his/her participation in the competition (by paying the entry fee), the participant fully accepts the rules and regulations described therein.
Each participant declares that he/she takes full responsibility for his/her health and fitness for the chosen distance and that he/she will comply with the rules of the road and the regulations of the race. The organisers are not responsible for any injuries that may occur to participants during the race.
Helmets are compulsory for all. The entire distance must be covered with a helmet. All participants must be insured against accidents. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take out their own insurance. Any competitor who feels that he/she has been restricted by any action until crossing the finish line may lodge a protest with the Chief Referee. The protest must be made in writing and signed within 15 minutes of the end of his/her race, on payment of EUR 30 to the race organiser's representative. If the protest is upheld, the money paid will be refunded. A protest against the results must be made in writing and signed by the representative of the organisers within 15 minutes after the results have been announced.
Participants in the MTB Marathon are civilly and legally liable for all accidents and material damages resulting from their participation in the said competition.
By confirming their participation in the mountain bike marathon, participants waive any claim against the organiser or other persons involved in the organisation of the event following the occurrence of an alleged accident or material damage and shall not seek to recover damages through legal proceedings.
The participant may be penalized for leaving rubbish on the course except in the case of a designated eating/drinking point. The organisers are entitled to decide on the type of penalty to be applied on a case-by-case basis.
A participant may be penalized for unsporting behavior on the course (e.g. deliberate obstruction, unauthorised assistance, etc.). The organisers have the right to decide on the offence and the type of penalty to be applied on a case-by-case basis.
10.Rights and responsibilities of the organisers and officials.
The panel of officials together with the organisers has the right to decide on matters not mentioned in the competition regulations.
The Organiser is not responsible for ignorance of, or failure to comply with, the regulations.
The Organiser is not responsible for any collisions or accidents that may occur during the competition.
The Organiser is not responsible for any collisions, falls or other accidents on the course.
The Organiser and all other people involved in the organisation of the competition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, unforeseeable or foreseeable physical or material damage to competitors that may occur before, during or after the competition.
Photographs taken during the competition may be used by the organisers for advertising etc. The competitors may not use the photographs for publicity purposes without the consent of the persons appearing in the photographs.
11. Participants of the MTB Marathon are kindly requested.
- Not to pollute the nature in the marathon course area and to treat the environment with respect.
- The MTB Marathon takes place with partially restricted traffic.
- All participants must drive on the right side of gravel roads and other roads and must observe the road safety rules!
- Participants should note that vehicles may leave the road from houses, fields, meadows and forest roads.
- Participants must take extra care when crossing roads!
- The organisers also encourage the use of cycle helmets when warming up for the race and when cycling at the venue. Remember the younger generation is learning from you and accidents can happen outside the race.
12. Privacy Policy.

The data controller is the association "Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs”, address.
By registering for the race, the participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the race organisation. For the purpose of objective results of the race it is necessary to specify the name, surname, sex, birth data and chosen distance of the participant. Other data are to be submitted freely.
The publicly visible start list and results shall show the participant's name, year of birth, participant group, start number, team and bike make. If a competitor does not wish to appear on the public lists, he/she must inform the race organiser by e-mail info@mtb-maratons.lv. In this case, the participant will be listed as "Anonymous" in the public lists. An anonymous entrant is ineligible for and forfeits any prizes awarded to entrants. At any time, a competitor may request the deletion or correction of his/her personal data.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of photos and videos taken during the competition for the purposes of the organiser, including but not limited to publication on the website www.vivusmtb.lv, Latvian media and social portals.
If the participant provides his/her e-mail address when registering for the competition, it will be included in the participant database for the purpose of informing the participant about news or changes in the competition information and other developments. The participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to info@mtb-maratons.lv.
To ensure the visibility of the participants and to monitor compliance with the competition rules, the participant's name will be indicated on the participant number.
By entering the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions for the protection of personal data set out in these Regulations.
