Skrejriteņu distances nolikums

1. Mērķis un uzdevumi.

• Popularizēt skrejriteņu sportu kā visiem pieejamu aktīvas atpūtas un veselību veicinošu sporta veidu.
• Veicināt citu valstu skrejriteņu entuziastu ierašanos Latvijā, tādējādi veicinot tūrisma attīstību.
• Popularizēt skrejriteni kā videi un cilvēkam draudzīgu transportlīdzekli.
• Dažādot priekšstatu un izpratni par skrejriteņu sacensībām.
• Veicināt interesantu un veselīgu brīvā laika pavadīšanu jauniešiem, pieaugušajiem un ģimenēm

3. Distance un starta laiks
Starta laiki tiek noteikti pēc dienas kārtības, lūdzam sekot aktuālajai informācijai www.vivusmtb.lv un pasākumu norises vietās.
Distances garums: 10-15km.
Trase izveidota vienā aplī un ir marķēta.

4. Grupas skrejriteņu distancē
Startēt var 2011.gadā dzimuši un vecāki.

SK vīri	Pusaudži, Juniori, Elite, Meistari, Veterāni, Super Veterāni tiek apbalvoti vienā grupā, taču Latvijas Kausa kopvērtējuma punktus (tiem, kuriem ir iegādātas Latvijas Skrejriteņu federācijas licences) iegūst savas grupas ietvaros.
SK dāmas	Pusaudzes, Juniores, Elite, Meistares, Veterānes, Super Veterānes tiek apbalvotas vienā grupā, taču Latvijas Kausa kopvērtējuma punktus (tām, kurām ir iegādātas Latvijas Skrejriteņu federācijas licences) iegūst savas grupas ietvaros.

5. Dalībnieku reģistrācija.
Internetā: www.vivusmtb.lv vai sacensību vietā.

6. Dalības maksa
Aktuālajām dalības maksām, lūdzam sekot informācijai www.vivusmtb.lv sadaļā “Reģistrācija".
Numuru izsniegšana sacensību centrā uz vietas.
Iepriekšējā pieteikšanās notiek līdz norādītā datuma plkst. 23.59

Dalībniekiem, kuri uz sacensībām neierodas, iemaksātā dalības maksa netiek atgriezta, kā arī netiek pārnesta uz nākamo posmu.
Gadījumā, ja sacensības tiek atliktas no organizatoriem neatkarīgu iemeslu dēļ (force majore, valdības lēmumi vai citu no organizatoriem neatkarīgu iemeslu dēļ), dalības maksa netiek atgriezta.

6.1. Dalības maksā ietilpst:

• marķēta un īpaši sagatavota MTB un skrejriteņiem trase;
• numura plāksne ar elektronisko čipu, kas jāsaglabā uz visu sezonu;
• ēdināšanas un dzirdināšanas punkti trasē;
• lieliska ēdināšana pēc finiša
• skrejriteņu mazgāšana pēc sacensībām;
• neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības pakalpojumi – starta/finiša zonā dežūrē neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības brigāde.;
• sacensību rezultāti – visu dalībnieku rezultāti tiks ievietoti interneta mājas lapā www.mtb-maratons.lv;
• foto un video apskats sacensību mājas lapā www.vivusmtb.lv

6.2. Citi iespējamie maksājumi sezonas laikā:
Numura plāksnes maiņa sezonas laikā 10 EUR
Pieteikta dalībnieka maiņa pret citu dalībnieku 10 EUR

7. Vērtējums.
7.1. Sacensību kopvērtējums:
Skrejriteņu disciplīnai kopvērtējums par 7 sacensību posmiem netiks vērtēts, bet apbalvoti tiks katrā konkrētā posmā ātrākie.
Skat. nolikuma punktu 8.1.

7.2. Latvijas kausa punkti:
Visi dalībnieki, kuri vēlas šo posmu kā Latvijas kausa ieskaiti, skatīt Latvijas Skrejriteņu federācijas Latvijas Kausa nolikumu un, iegādājoties licenci šeit.

8. Apbalvošana.
8.1. Individuāli:
Katrā posmā pirmie trīs skrejriteņu distances vērtējumā finišējušie vīrieši tiks apbalvoti ar medaļām un atbalstītāju balvām.

9. Tiesāšana.
Sacensību tiesāšana notiek atbilstoši Latvijas Skrejriteņu federācijas noteikumiem un vadlīnijām https://www.footbikesport.lv/

10. Skrejriteņu tehniskie noteikumi:
10.1. Skrejritenis pieskaras zemei tieši divos punktos un riteņa izmērs: 20 collas un lielāki
10.2. Skrejritenis nav aprīkots ar jebkāda veida piedziņas mehānismu
10.3. Skrejritenim ir jābūt aprīkotam ar abu riteņu bremzēm.
10.4. Sportisti startā sāk ar atspērienu (atspiešanos), nevis skrienot t.i. vienai pēdai jāatrodas uz skrejriteņa.

11. Dalībnieku tiesības un atbildība:
Visiem dalībniekiem jāiepazīstas ar sacensību nolikumu. Tā nezināšana neatbrīvo dalībniekus no personīgās atbildības.
Apstiprinot savu dalību sacensībām (samaksājot dalības maksu) dalībnieks pilnībā piekrīt nolikumam un tajā aprakstītajiem noteikumiem.
Katrs sacensību dalībnieks piesakoties sacensībām apliecina, ka uzņemas pilnu atbildību par savu veselības atbilstību izvēlētās distances veikšanai, ka ievēros ceļu satiksmes noteikumus un sacensību nolikumu. Sacensību organizatori nenes atbildību par dalībnieku iespējamām traumām sacensību laikā.
Aizsargķiveres visiem ir obligātas. Visa distance ir jāveic ar aiztaisītu aizsargķiveri.
Sacensību laikā dalībnieki distancē nedrīkst izmantot austiņas.
Visiem dalībniekiem jābūt apdrošinātiem pret nelaimes gadījumiem. Par savu apdrošināšanu pilnībā atbildīgs pats dalībnieks.
Jebkurš dalībnieks, kurš uzskata, ka ir ticis ierobežots ar kādu darbību, līdz šķērsojis finiša līniju, var iesniegt protestu galvenajam tiesnesim. Protests jāiesniedz rakstiski ar parakstu 15 minūšu laikā pēc sava brauciena beigām, samaksājot 30 EUR sacensību organizatoru pārstāvim. Ja protests tiek apmierināts, iemaksātā nauda tiek atgriezta. Protests attiecībā uz rezultātiem ir jāiesniedz rakstiski ar savu parakstu 15 minūšu laikā pēc rezultātu paziņošanas sacensību organizatoru pārstāvim.
Sacensību dalībnieki ir pilsoniski un juridiski atbildīgi par visiem nelaimes gadījumiem un materiāliem zaudējumiem, kas radušies piedaloties minētajās sacensībās.
Apstiprinot savu dalību sacensībās dalībnieki atsakās no jebkādu pretenziju izvirzīšanas organizatoram vai citām pasākuma organizēšanā iesaistītām personām pēc iespējama nelaimes gadījuma vai materiālo zaudējumu rašanās un necīnās par zaudējumu atgūšanu tiesas ceļā.
Dalībnieks var tikt sodīts par atkritumu atstāšanu trasē izņemot gadījumus, ja tas notiek norādītā ēdināšanas/ dzeršanas punkta.
Par piemērotā soda veidu organizatori ir tiesīgi lemt katrā gadījumā atsevišķi.
Dalībnieks var tikt sodīts par nesportisku rīcību distancē (piemēram, apzināta traucēšana, neatļauta palīdzība, u.c.). Par pārkāpumu un piemērotā soda veidu organizatori ir tiesīgi lemt katrā gadījumā atsevišķi.

12. Organizatoru un tiesnešu tiesības un atbildība:
Tiesnešu kolēģijai kopā ar organizatoriem ir tiesības izlemt jautājumus, kuri nav minēti sacensību nolikumā.
Organizatori nav atbildīgi par nolikuma nezināšanu un neievērošanu.
Organizators nav atbildīgs par iespējamām sadursmēm un ceļu satiksmes negadījumiem sacensību laikā.
Organizators nav atbildīgs par iespējamām sadursmēm, kritieniem un citiem nelaimes gadījumiem trasē.
Organizators un visi citi cilvēki, kuri ir iesaistīti sacensību organizēšanā neatbild par jebkādiem tiešiem, netiešiem, neparedzamiem vai paredzamiem fiziskiem un materiāliem zaudējumiem sacensību dalībniekiem, kas var notikt pirms vai pēc sacensībām, kā arī to laikā.
Sacensību laikā uzņemtās fotogrāfijas sacensību organizatori drīkst izmantot reklāmas utml. uzskates materiālos bez saskaņošanas ar tajās redzamajiem cilvēkiem.

13. Sacensību dalībnieku ievērībai:
Sacensību dalībniekiem lūdzam nepiesārņot dabu maratona trases teritorijā un ar cieņu izturēties pret apkārtējo vidi.
Sacensības notiek pie daļēji ierobežotas transporta kustības.
Visiem sacensību dalībniekiem pa grants ceļiem un citiem autoceļiem jābrauc pa labo pusi un obligāti jāievēro ceļu satiksmes drošības noteikumi!
Dalībniekiem jāņem vērā, ka transporta līdzekļi var izbraukt uz ceļa no mājām, tīrumiem, pļavām un meža ceļiem.
Dalībniekiem ir jābūt īpaši uzmanīgiem šķērsojot autoceļus!
Organizatori aicina lietot velo ķiveres arī iesildoties sacensībām un braucot uz velo sacensību vietā. Atcerieties no jums mācās jaunā paaudze un negadījumi var notikt arī ārpus sacensībām.

14. Personas datu aizsardzība
Biedrība Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs kā sacensību organizators ciena sacensību dalībnieku privātumu. Ar organizācijas Privātuma politiku iespējams iepazīties mājaslapā http://www.mtb-maratons.lv.
Datu pārzinis ir biedrība Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs, adrese: Hamburgas iela 5-1, Rīga, LV-1014.
Piesakoties sacensībām, dalībnieks piekrīt savas personas datu apstrādei sacensību organizēšanas vajadzībām. Sacensību rezultātu objektīvai nodrošināšanai ir nepieciešams norādīt dalībnieka vārdu, uzvārdu, dzimumu, dzimšanas datus un izvēlēto distanci. Citi dati iesniedzami brīvas izvēles kārtībā.
Publiski redzamajā starta sarakstā un rezultātos ir redzams dalībnieka vārds, uzvārds, dzimšanas gads, dalībnieka grupa, starta numurs, komanda un velosipēda marka. Ja dalībnieks nevēlas tikt uzrādīts publiski redzamajos sarakstos, viņam par to jāinformē sacensību organizators uz e-pastu info@mtb-maratons.lv. Šajā gadījumā publiski redzamajos sarakstos dalībnieks tiks norādīts kā “Anonīms”. Anonīms dalībnieks nevar pretendēt un atsakās no jebkādām balvām, kas tiek pasniegtas sacensību dalībniekiem.
Jebkurā brīdī sacensību dalībniekam ir iespēja pieprasīt dzēst vai veikt labojumus savas personas datos.
Sacensību dalībnieki, piesakoties sacensībām, piekrīt sacensību laikā uzņemto foto un videomateriālu izmantošanai sacensību organizatora vajadzībām, tai skaitā, bet ne tikai publicēšanai mājaslapā http://www.mtb-maratons.lv, Latvijas medijos un sociālajos portālos.
Ja dalībnieks, piesakoties sacensībām, norāda savu e-pastu, tas tiek iekļauts dalībnieku datu bāzē ar nolūku informēt dalībnieku par jaunumiem vai izmaiņām sacensību informācijā, kā arī citās norisēs. No jaunumu saņemšanas jebkurā brīdī dalībniekam ir iespēja atrakstīties, rakstot uz e-pastu info@mtb-maratons.lv.
Lai nodrošinātu dalībnieku atpazīstamību un sacensību noteikumu ievērošanas kontroli uz dalībnieka numura tiek norādīts dalībnieka vārds un uzvārds.
Piesakoties sacensībām dalībnieks piekrīt šajā nolikumā noteiktajiem personas datu aizsardzības nosacījumiem.

Organizatori ir tiesīgi mainīt sacensību nolikumu bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma, bet ne vēlāk kā vienu nedēļu pirms pirmā
sacensību posma. Dalībnieki ir atbildīgi par iepazīšanos ar aktuālo nolikumu pirms katra sacensību posma.

 

FOOTBIKE RIDE REGULATIONS

1. Aim and objectives

• To promote footbiking as an active recreational and health-promoting sport accessible to all.
• To diversify the perception and understanding of cross country competitions.
• Encourage footbike enthusiasts from different countries to come to the event, thus contributing to the development of tourism.
• Promote the footbike as an environmentally and people-friendly means of transport.
• Promote interesting and healthy leisure activities for young people, adults and families.

2.Start times and places
Start times are determined according to the agenda, please follow the current information at www.vivusmtb.lv and at the event venues.
21.04.2024 - 1st stage Ķegums, Zelta zirgs mototrase
25.05.2024 - 2nd stage Alūksne, Opekalns

3. Groups and distance
Footbike ride Anyone born in 2011 and older can take part.
With any footbike configuration according technical rules (See clause 8. of the regulations).
Distance 10 - 15km. Start behind “Mangaļi” teenage race.

4. Registration of participants

At the venue, according to the agenda of the event.

5. Entry Fee for footbike distance.
For the latest fees, please check www.vivusmtb.lv under Registration;
Pre-entry is accepted until 11.59 PM at a given date.
Issue of numbers on site at the race centre.
On-site number distribution at the race center from 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM.
Entrants who do not show up for the event will not receive a refund of the entry fee paid and will not be transferred to the next event. In case of postponement for reasons beyond the control of the organisers (force majore, government decisions or other reasons beyond the control of the organisers), the entry fee will not be refunded.

The membership fee includes:
- marked and specially prepared MTB track;
- a number plate with an electronic chip to be kept for the whole season;
- food and water points on the track;
- excellent post-finish catering
- post-race footbike wash;
- emergency medical services - emergency medical team on duty at the start/finish area;
- race results - results of all participants will be posted on the website www.vivusmtb.lv;
- photo and video review on the race website www.vivusmtb.lv

6. Participants, awards
6.1. Individually:
In each stage, the first three male finishers in the footbike distance classification will be awarded with medals and supporters prizes.
In each stage, the first three women who finish in the footbike distance evaluation will be awarded with medals and supporters prizes.

6.2 Other possible payments during the season:
Change of number plate during the season 10 EUR
Change of registered participant to another participant 10 EUR

7. Judging
Judging will be in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the Latvian Footbike Federation www.footbikesport.lv

7.1. Overall rating of the competition:
For the footbike discipline, the overall ranking for the 7 stages of the competition will not be evaluated, but the fastest in each specific stage will be awarded. See clause

8. Technical regulations of footbikes:
8.1. The footbike touches the ground at exactly two points and the wheel size: 20 inches and larger
8.2. The footbike is not equipped with any kind of drive mechanism
8.3. The footbike must be equipped with brakes on both wheels.
8.4. Athletes start with kicks (push-ups) instead of running, i.e. one foot must be on the scooter.

9. Competitors rights and responsibility.
All competitors need to get familiar with the competition regulation. Failure to do so does not absolve participants from personal responsibility. By confirming his/her participation in the competition (by paying the entry fee), the participant fully accepts the rules and regulations described therein.
Each participant declares that he/she takes full responsibility for his/her health and fitness for the chosen distance and that he/she will comply with the rules of the road and the regulations of the race. The organisers are not responsible for any injuries that may occur to participants during the race.
Helmets are compulsory for all. The entire distance must be covered with a helmet.
All participants must be insured against accidents. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take out their own insurance. Any competitor who feels that he/she has been restricted by any action until crossing the finish line may lodge a protest with the Chief Referee. The protest must be made in writing and signed within 15 minutes of the end of his/her race, on payment of EUR 30 to the race organisers representative. If the protest is upheld, the money paid will be refunded. A protest against the results must be made in writing and signed by the representative of the organisers within 15 minutes after the results have been announced.
Participants in the MTB Marathon are civilly and legally liable for all accidents and material damages resulting from their participation in the said competition.
By confirming their participation in the mountain bike marathon, participants waive any claim against the organiser or other persons involved in the organisation of the event following the occurrence of an alleged accident or material damage and shall not seek to recover damages through legal proceedings.
The participant may be penalized for leaving rubbish on the course except in the case of a designated eating/drinking point. The organisers are entitled to decide on the type of penalty to be applied on a case-by-case basis. A participant may be penalized for unsporting behavior on the course (e.g. deliberate obstruction, unauthorised assistance, etc.). The organisers have the right to decide on the offence and the type of penalty to be applied on a case-by-case basis.

10.Rights and responsibilities of the organisers and officials.
The panel of officials together with the organisers has the right to decide on matters not mentioned in the competition regulations.
The Organiser is not responsible for ignorance of, or failure to comply with, the regulations.
The Organiser is not responsible for any collisions or accidents that may occur during the competition.
The Organiser is not responsible for any collisions, falls or other accidents on the course.
The Organiser and all other people involved in the organisation of the competition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, unforeseeable or foreseeable physical or material damage to competitors that may occur before, during or after the competition.
Photographs taken during the competition may be used by the organisers for advertising etc. The competitors may not use the photographs for publicity purposes without the consent of the persons appearing in the photographs.

11. Participants of the MTB Marathon are kindly requested.
Not to pollute the nature in the marathon course area and to treat the environment with respect.
The MTB Marathon takes place with partially restricted traffic.
All participants must drive on the right side of gravel roads and other roads and must observe the road safety rules!
Participants should note that vehicles may leave the road from houses, fields, meadows and forest roads.
Participants must take extra care when crossing roads!
The organisers also encourage the use of cycle helmets when warming up for the race and when cycling at the venue. Remember the younger generation is learning
from you and accidents can happen outside the race.

12. Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy of the organisation can be found on the website www.vivumtb.lv.
The data controller is the association "Latvijas Kalnu riteņbraukšanas attīstības centrs”, address.
By registering for the race, the participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the race organisation. For the purpose of objective results of the race it is necessary to specify the name, surname, sex, birth data and chosen distance of the participant. Other data are to be submitted freely.
The publicly visible start list and results shall show the participants name, year of birth, participant group, start number, team and bike make. If a competitor does not wish to appear on the public lists, he/she must inform the race organiser by e-mail info@mtb-maratons.lv. In this case, the participant will be listed as Anonymous in the public lists. An anonymous entrant is ineligible for and forfeits any prizes awarded to entrants. At any time, a competitor may request the deletion or correction of his/her personal data.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of photos and videos taken during the competition for the purposes of the organiser, including but not limited to publication on the website www.vivusmtb.lv, Latvian media and social portals.
If the participant provides his/her e-mail address when registering for the competition, it will be included in the participant database for the purpose of informing the participant about news or changes in the competition information and other developments. The participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to info@mtb-maratons.lv.
To ensure the visibility of the participants and to monitor compliance with the competition rules, the participants name will be indicated on the participant number.
By entering the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions for the protection of personal data set out in these Regulations.

The organisers are entitled to change the competition regulations without prior notice, but not later than one week before the first stage of the competition. It is the responsibility of the competitors to familiarise themselves with the current regulations before each event.
