18.00 – 22.00 reģistrācija / numuru izņemšana “Kärcher” maratona, “Latvijas valsts meži” pusmaratona, “Mangaļi” pusaudžu un skrejriteņu klases distancēm, “Cido Kids” bērnu braucienam, kā arī “Veloprofs tautas braucienam”.
13. septembris
7.00 – 8.30 reģistrācija / numuru izņemšana “Kärcher” maratona distancei (100 km);
8.30 komandu pārstāvju sanāksme “Kärcher” maratona distancei;
9.00 - starts “Kärcher” maratona distancei;
8.30 – 9.45 reģistrācija “Mangaļi” pusaudžu un skrejriteņu klases distancēm, un “Veloprofs tautas braucienam” (visām distancēm 24 km);
9.00 – 10.30 reģistrācija “Cido Kids” bērnu velobraucienam;
9.00 – 12.15 reģistrācija “Latvijas valsts meži” pusmaratona distancei (47 km);
10.15 starts “Mangaļi” pusaudžu un skrejriteņu klases distancēm, un “Veloprofs tautas braucienam”;
Ap 11.10 “Mangaļi” pusaudžu distances līderu finišs;
12.00 komandu pārstāvju sanāksme “Latvijas valsts meži” pusmaratona distancei;
Ap 12.40 starts “Latvijas valsts meži” pusmaratona distancei;
5. min. pirms pusmaratona distances startē “Elektro” klases dalībnieki (47 km);
12.40 apbalvošana “Mangaļi” pusaudžu un skrejriteņu klases distancēm, un “Veloprofs tautas braucienam”;
Ap 13.00 “Kärcher” maratona distances līderu finišs;
Ap 14.30 “Latvijas Valsts meži” pusmaratona distances līderu finišs;
Ap 16.00 apbalvošana “Kärcher” maratona un “Latvijas Valsts meži” pusmaratona distancēm;
“Cido Kids” bērnu velobrauciens
11.00 starts “Cido Kids” bērnu velobrauciena vec. grupām ZM3 un ZM5;
11.30 starts “Cido Kids” bērnu velobrauciena vec. grupām ZM7, ZM9;
No 17.00 Vivus.lv MTB maratona 2025. gada sezonas noslēguma atpūtas vakars turpat Vastse-Roosa dzirnavās: vakariņas, komandu sacensības, sezonas kopvērtējuma apbalvošana, sarunas, mūzika... Par deju mūziku un atrakcijām gādās dīdžejs Kalvis Amantovs.

Around 1:00 p.m. – finish of the “Kärcher” marathon distance leaders;
Around 2:30 p.m. - finish of the leaders of the Latvijas Valsts meži half marathon distance;
Around 4:00 p.m. - award ceremony for the Kärcher marathon and Latvijas Valsts meži half marathon distances; Cido Kids children's bike ride
11:00 a.m. – start of the Cido Kids children's bike ride for age groups ZM(boys/girls)3 and ZM5;
11:30 a.m. - start of the Cido Kids children's bike ride for age groups Z7, M7, Z9, and M9;
From 5:00 p.m. - Vivus.lv MTB Marathon 2025 season closing party at Vastse-Roosa Mill: dinner, fun team competitions, season awards ceremony, talks, music... DJ Kalvis Amantovs will provide dance music and entertainment.
